Terms and Conditions for Sellers

  1. Once the account was sold it will not be returned.
  2. To sell, you have to give the full access of your account to our team.
  3. It should be mandatory to provide full access of your account.
  4. Our team will take your account’s login credentials (Id & Password) to verify.
  5. Our team will decide the price your account according to your account’s Analytic/inventry. (It will not be sold for the price that you are expecting).
  6. You can only sell your account, not the account of your friend/relatives without of their permission. (Otherwise you will be responsible for that).
  7. You are only responsible for the selling your personal data/account (including Youtube, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, Twitter, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Free Fire, BGMI accounts).
  8. Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) will personally check your account information to verify.
  9. Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) is not ever forcing you to sell your personal data/account without your permission, you are selling your personal data/account on the behalf of yourself.
  10. If your account doesn’t meet to our selling criteria, then we can’t sell your account.
  11. You will get  the amount (fixed price), after selling your account.
  12. Until the selling procedure is completed, your payment will remain on hold to Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team).
  13. Payment will not be given (payment will remain on hold to Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) until you have completely lost the access to your account.
  14. When you agree with our selling price and after getting approval to sell your account we will post it on our App/Web to sell.
  15. The commission earned by Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) in selling your account should not be problem for you.
  16. There is no hidden charges for the selling of your account, you will get the decided money (accepted and confirmed price by you before the deal) from Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team).
  17. If any misuse of your account, Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) will be not responsible for that.
  18. If you behave improperly with our any team member, we will take strict action againt you.
  19. If you are selling any Hacked/Phishing/Compromised account, then Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) can take legal action against you. Otherwise you can give money back to Social Bucket team & Our team will give the account to the real owner of that account.
  20. We will do a KYC verification of the person before buying or selling an account. (Kyc documents : 1 Passport size photo, Aadhaar card, Video KYC – KYC full details is written below)
  21. Submitting a KYC document is compulsory.
  22. If You/Your friend/Your Relative try to recover account after selling, then new owner of the account can take legal action against you. And Social Bucket (Social Bucket support team) will help new owner to take legal action.

  23. Publishing your account to our App/Web after you agree to our Terms & Conditions. You will get payment after your account sold (kyc).
  24. You will get the payment (accepted price by you before selling) only after selling your account, not after publishing it on App/Web.
  25. Payment will done after all the steps are completed.

Terms and Conditions for Buyers

  1. Submitting the KYC Documents/Full KYC verification is compulsory.
  2. You are buying an account on your behalf. Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) is not ever forcing you to buy an account).
  3. Once the account you have purchased, we will not refund your money or get back the account.
  4. If you (under 18) make payments from your friend/family/relative’s bank account, you will be responsible for that. If our deal is not finished/completed we can return your money to your parents, If the deal is completed then we can’t refurnd your money. But if your parents have any problem after process (payment & kyc) completed, we can sell your account and refund money to your parents and this process takes too long time, so Don’t pay or think before any process.
  5. Once the payment done for buying account, you will have to buy account. If you want to cancel (after payment & KYC done) a charge 40% will be deducted from the amount.
  6. In any case, when you have paid the money and we can’t provide you the chosen account, then you can choose another account at the same price. If you want to refund your money, we will give the full amount paid by you (But it can take upto 7 days process).
  7. All the access related to the account will be given only after full payment.
  8. Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) will help you to secure your account’s login’s.
  9. If you want fully secured your login’s, we are provided with our paid service by our account specialist, you can consult about the charges with our Social Bucket  team.
  10. After confirmation of the securing of the account by your side, the account is Banned/Suspended/Hacked in any condition, Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) will not responsible for that.
  11. If in any case the seller try to recover your account then our team can help you.
  12. If you want to report CYBER CRIME against the seller, Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) will provide you all the details about the seller.
  13. The Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) will not responsible for any legal issues with you and the seller.
  14. Once the deal is completed/finished, we can’t refund your money.
  15. If you want to resell your account within 2 months of purchasing (which was purchased from Social Bucket platform), we can sell your account at 40% less.
  16. The cost of the any account which Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) buy from the seller should not be problem for you.
  17. If the UC, Diamonds (from gaming account) deducted from the account, then Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) will not responsible.
  18. The things shown in the account are as sold by the seller, if anything missing from the account then we will not responsible.
  19. If you by an YouTube channel from the Social Bucket, and after deal, if the channel get Copyrights, not getting views, subscribers drop down, monetization disable (if enabled), you do not get any YouTube rewards then Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) will not responsible.  
  20. If you buy an Instagram account from Social Bucket, after deal, you realise that all followers are fake and in case Followers are dropping down/ You are not getting views/ You are not getting likes/ You are not getting story views/ You are not getting comments on the post and Not getting reach on your account, then Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) will not responsible.
  21. If you buy an Telegram account, after deal, the Subscribers views/Members or any problem in the account, then Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) will not responsible.
  22. If you buy Facebook page/Twitter account, after deal, in case any problem in account/dropping views, likes or comments and not getting reach on account (after purchase), then Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) will not responsible.
  23. If you buy Free Fire/BGMI account, after deal, in case if there is any problem in account, then Social Bucket (Social Bucket Support Team) will not responsible.
